At the beginning of December I had the pleasure of heading to Wales, just outside of Waukesha, to shoot a family photo for this wonderful family. It was chilly but not too bad so we were able to shoot some photos before everyone froze their toes off.  It was nice that this family came in from many different areas to celebrate Christmas. I was honored to have been able to capture their special get together.

This the the Knevels family. They have been a part of my life for about 5 or 6 years now. They used to live a house down from us before we moved. Their oldest is very good friends with my youngest. When we lived next to each other the girls were inseparable.

I have been shooting photos of this family since they were tiny. I have been lucky enough to be a part of capturing his family over the years and I am very grateful for that. This year we took photos at Naga-Waukee park in Delafield. I had never been there before so I wasn’t sure what I would find when I got there. But it is a Waukesha County park and those usually don’t disappoint.
